Seifen im Glueck: Mica Swirl from the Dividor (Lavender & Citronella)

Mein Seifenvirus macht auch vor dem Sommer nicht halt. Da habe ich mich im Juni und Anfang Juli extra bemüht mal alle Öle zu versieden und ohne Vorräte in den Sommer zu gehen um mit einem Großeinkauf in den Herbst zu starten ... und dann bin ich nervös geworden und habe Mitte Juli schon meine Vorräte aufgestockt weil ich ohne Sieden so gar nicht kann, auch nicht wenn's brütend heiß ist.

Dabei sind einige Seifen entstanden, mit denen ich wirklich sehr zufrieden bin, allen voran die Lavendel-Citronella-Fenchel Seife aus dem Dividor mit dem schillerden Mica-Swirl-Topping. Sowohl das Gold als auch das Feuerrot habe ich mit Öl angerüht und direkt auf den Seifenleim in Streifen gegossen und dann mit dem Ess-Stäbchen geswirlt.

My masterplan was to use all my inventory of oils and make soap in June. Then enjoy a lot of space in our storage room till fall when I restock and make my soaps for Chrismas presents. However, my soapmaking-infection put a spoke in my wheel: I got nervous not having supplies at home ... and ordered everything back :-)
Nevertheless, I made a few soaps I'm really thrilled about! First of all, the Lavender-Citronella-Fennel Soap with the mica swirl on top! I'm really in love with this soap! The golden and the fire red mica were dispersed in oil and poured in stripes over the top bevor I swirled with a chopstick. Below you can see the block from the dividor.
