Endlich oval! - My lovely oval Soapmold

Ich habe seit Monaten ein Seifenform-Projekt in meinem Kopf das ich endlich realisieren wollte und dafür benötige ich eine ovale Seifenform. Mir ist eingefallen, dass die wunderbare und inspirierende Auntie Clara vor einiger Zeit eine Anleitung gepostet hat, wie man aus einer runden PVC Röhre aus dem Baumarkt eine ovale Seifenform machen kann. Da sie darüber geschrieben hat, dass giftige Gase entstehen können wenn man das Plastikrohr im vorgeheizten Ofen weich macht, habe ich statt 120°C nur 100°C vorgeheizt. Ich habe gar nichts gerochen und es hat wunderbar geklappt.

Nach 15 Minuten - als das Plastikrohr biegsam war - habe ich es mit einer schweren Platte platt gemacht. Damit die Form schön gleichmäßig in Form gedrück wird habe ich seitlich gleich hohe Stützen platziert. Danach hat mir mein Mann die Röhre in 4 Teile geschnitten, damit ich mein Projekt fortsetzen kann. Zu diesem Projekt ein anderes Mal ... vorerst habe ich mit Klebeband eine strukturierte (durchsichtige) Plastikmatte (von Ikea) als Boden fest geklebt und Seife gemacht!

I 'm still working on a mould project and therefore I needed a an oval mould. I remembered that the wonderful and inspiring Auntie Clara once posted an oval soap mould tutorial that was on my to-do-list. Since she wrote that there could be unhealthy fumes I did preheat the oven to 100°C instead of 120°C to may avoid this circumstances. Actually, I didn't smell anything. The PVC pipe (from the building supplies store) I put in the oven for 15 minutes softened and I put a really heavy board on it that I supported on the sides with containers (almost identical in high). It worked out really good and within few minutes I had an oval mould that my husband cut in 4 parts for me. I fixed a textured plastic mat with tape around the oval pipe and made some soap with it.
