Um ganz sicher zu gehen, dass sowohl mein Rezept als auch alle meine Inhaltsstoffe bei meinem letzten Troubleshoot in Ordnung waren habe ich exakt das gleiche Rezept noch einmal gesiedet und dabei ist diese Seife entsprungen, über die ich sehr glücklich bin.

LAUGE 20% Wasseranteil, 6% überfettet

Wonderful technique! I was wondering about the citric acid. Why do you add it?

LöschenThank you for your comment! Citric acid helps prevent soap scum (this is when you see white rings on your tiles in your shower when you regularitly use soap) that results when you add soap to hard water! When I add at least 2% citric acid, that solves the cleaning challenge! It depends on the hardness of the water where you use the soap! You don‘t do anything good or bad to your skin with citric acid.
